Williams, Robinson, Rigler & Buschjost, PC remains open during the COVID-19 crisis. While the State of Missouri, Phelps County, and the City of Rolla have issued Emergency Orders and Stay-At-Home Orders, legal services have been designated as “Essential Businesses” which may remain open.
During this period, for the safety of our clients, visitors, and staff, we ask that personal appearance at our office be limited to appointments only.
We encourage the use of telephone conferences, video conference, and remote contact. We have capability to hold conferences using Scopia, Google Meetings, Zoom, Webex, Skype, and other video conferencing systems. Feel free to ask about these services if that is your preference.
However, some matters do require face-to-face meetings (notary services for example). In the event you need to meet face-to-face with any attorney or staff member, please simply make an appointment. When you reach the office elevator, please call 573-341-2266 and the elevator will immediately bring you to our 4th floor offices.
While the courts are closed to visitors, the court system still functions using video conferencing and the remote administration of witness oaths. Many matters that previously required a personal appearance can now be handled via affidavit.
Williams, Robinson, Rigler & Buschjost, PC apologizes for any inconvenience as we do our best to protect the safety of our clients, visitors, and staff while continuing to serve all your legal needs during this challenging period.
