Standard e-mail transmissions
are not secure! Any e-mail that is sent to you or by will pass
across the Internet and through various computers and computer networks before
delivery. Unauthorized individuals may intercept such e-mail communications by
improperly accessing the computer where your mail was retrieved or by improperly intercepting e-mail
during delivery. Keep these facts in mind before electing to communicate with us
by e-mail. We will communicate with you by e-mail only with your consent. If you initially agree to communicate with us by e-mail, but then
change your mind, let us know and we
will communicate with you by other means.
Encrypted e-mail is a relatively safe and secure alternative to standard, unencrypted e-mail. We have the ability to send and receive e-mail with you in encrypted format. Please contact us for more information.
Our firm serves as an authority for the issuance and authentication of digital certificates using public/private key cryptography. We employ industry standard technologies including Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and Secure Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions (S/MIME) using 128-bit, domestic-use encryption. This strong encryption is virtually impossible to break with current computer technology. To learn more about our security, click here.
